The Bascom Palmer Eye Institute is a leader in eye care, vision research & Ophthalmology education. Located on US-41, four miles north of downtown Naples, the 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art eye center offers an extensive array of clinical and surgical services as well as clinical trials for patients throughout the entire west coast of Florida. Our work began with the acquisition of the property, conducting surveys and managing Phase 1 and 2 environmental audits.  We then proceeded to assist the architects with design development, through schematics on to full civil construction drawings.  This work was used to obtain all necessary site permits including SDP, water management, utility approval and FDEP main extension permits.  Assistance was given during the bidding and contractor selection process, through construction and site certification.
