Germain Honda PUD

This project involved a Growth Management Plan Amendment (GMPA) and Planned Unit Development (PUD) located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Livingston Road (CR 881) and Pine Ridge Road (CR 896).

The project site was previously zoned as Rural Agricultural with a CU overlay which allowed it to be used as a retail ornamental landscape nursery which, according to the Collier County Growth Management Plan, could be developed with up to 40,000 sq. ft. office (20,000 sq. ft. of general office and 20,000 sq. ft. of medical office).

Agnoli, Barber & Brundage was hired to prepare and submit to Collier County a GMPA/PUD application to allow the site to be developed as a commercial use project which included a 60,000 sq. ft. automotive sales facility with associated repair services. ABB also coordinated with attorneys and sub-consultants and attended public hearings on behalf of the client.
