Germain Toyota

Germain Toyota is a Toyota vehicle dealership located on US-41, south of Wiggins Pass Road. The 95,000 SF dealership features a showroom, customer service areas, sales and administrative offices, an auto service department with a covered drive-through service reception area, and an auto car wash. Our work was used to obtain all necessary site permits including SDP, water management, utility approval and FDEP main extension permits.  Extensive permitting and coordination was required due to the presence of an eagle nest.  Work included development of an auxiliary vehicle storage lot that wrapped around the eagle nest.
