A Certified Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, Old Corkscrew is Southwest Florida’s #1-rated Golf Course by Golf Magazine. This project began as a Bonita Bay Properties project which was subsequently developed by another party.  The project was the first Lee County DRGR golf project conducted under the new DRGR golf requirements.  It was similar in nature to Collier’s RFMU program and made development challenging.  Working closely with Jack Nicklaus and staff, a successful project was completed and is in operation today.
