Mediterra PUDA

The proposed PUD Amendment was approved to add an additional 40,000 sq. ft. for a maximum of 120,000 sq.ft. of commercial uses within the Village Center Areas.

The proposed PUD Amendment will accommodate the planned expansion of the Sports Club at the New Mediterra Club area and the opportunity for additional Village Center amenities in the future.
