Twin Eagles

Twin Eagles is one of the premier clubs in southwest Florida. The Club is a unique, private, member-owned country club community featuring 36 holes of Championship Golf set amongst 1,115 acres of captivating, natural landscape, shared with abundant wildlife. The Club is home to just over 700 residences ranging from estates to coach homes. Phase 2 of the Twin Eagles project was conducted under Collier County’s Rural Fringe Multi-Use District Regulations (RFMUD).

This environmentally stringent set of development requirements was set forth by the County under pressure of the DCA and many NGO organizations.  This project was the first and possibly only major project taken through this program.  After its successful completion, it achieved Audubon Certification.
