Ferrari of Naples

ABB was selected as the Lead Engineer for the Ferrari of Naples located on U.S. 41 / Tamiami Trail North in Naples, Florida. The 3.4-acre parcel was purchased from the Old Collier Golf Course. Prior to working for Ferrari of Naples, we assisted the Parent Developer in splitting off the parcel from the Old Collier Golf Course to allow for the development of the high-end automotive dealership. The project consisted of survey, development of the site and landscape design along with utility, water management, access, local federal and state permitting, construction services, and project closeout.
