Gordon River
Masterplan

The overall modeling efforts of Agnoli, Barber and Brundage focused on the section of the Gordon River between Pine Ridge Road and Golden Gate Parkway, which included the rock weir located at the southwest corner of the Forest Lakes development and the two AMIL gates located immediately south of Golden Gate Parkway.  ABB used XP-SWMM hydraulic and hydrologic stormwater modeling software to estimate the runoff entering the GRE, which determined the stages during peak storm events and potentially indicate areas where improvements can occur.  This included calibrating the model to correspond with known surface water elevations within the river.
