St. John Neumann
Campus

St. John Neumann is a private catholic high school located in Golden Gate. The Diocese of Venice initiated a $10 Million (overall budget) three-phase improvement project to the campus of St. John Neumann Catholic High School to include a new Chapel and Campus Ministries, Student Life Center, Physical Education and Fitness Training Center, Courtyard, and Concession Stand. The civil engineering design team of Agnoli, Barber & Brundage provided civil engineering consulting, permitting and certification services. Lying within Golden Gate, this project required specific design permitting and coordination with Florida Governmental Utility Authority, the water and wastewater utility provider. Phase 1 ($4 Million) Physical Education and Fitness Training Center of 11,500 sf, Courtyard of 22,500 SF, and Concession Stand of 5,000 sf. Phase 2 ($4 Million) Student Life Center of 22,000 sf.
