Waterside at
Bay Beach

Bay Beach involved surveying, engineering, permitting and construction observation for the development of multiple sites within Waterside and Bay Beach. The property consisted of three sites of residential developments and a multi-purpose clubhouse facility. Survey services included preparation of condominium document exhibits, including boundary and topographic surveys, plot plan, sketches and legal descriptions.

Engineering services included master site planning for location of roads, buildings, easements, setbacks, parking, surface water management areas, paving, grading and drainage plans and utility layout. ABB prepared a residential emergency preparedness plan, preparation and submission of water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system and SFWMD permits, as well as construction observation services. Permitting services were provided with Florida Department of Environmental Protection, South Florida Water Management District, FEMA, Lee County, Town of Fort Myers Beach and Lee County Health Department.
